Favorite Poultry Cuts

Our pasture-raised poultry is truly special!  Raised on pasture, our birds are free to roam and forage and receive a daily ration of locally raised grain.  Our poultry is processed at our farm in Hardwick using air-chill processing.  In addition to traditional cuts, we also offer a full selection of sausages house-made pot pies and meatballs.
