Refund policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

Same day orders excluded, you may cancel your order, by phone call only, up to 24 hours after you have placed your online order.  After this time, your order will be processed via the credit card information provided and prepared for delivery fulfillment as planned.

**Order cancellations requests AFTER 24 hours will be honored an individual basis and we reserve the right to update order status.  Orders cancellations made AFTER 24 hours will be asessed a 25% restocking fee.

If your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order and it will be delivered to the address or delivery instructions provided.

If a change of address is requested once the package has been shipped, we can attempt to alter the address, but we cannot guarantee that the shipping company will be able to deliver the package within two days of leaving the farm and it is possible that the product may become compromised.

Damaged/Missing Goods

Notify us within 24 hrs of receipt for credit, refund, or return options. We cannot be held liable for damages not reported within 24 hrs. Please snap photos of damage so we can investigate incident internally to help prevent future damages.  Additionally, Stillman Quality Meats is not responsible for any product that is damaged due to an incorrect address delaying arrival, or, for improper storage of the product once it has arrived.

For perishable items, we offer:

  • A Refund 
  • A Credit
  • Or Replacement

Returns:
Due to food safety reasons, our farm cannot accept returns for any food items.  Product returns apply only to dry, non-perishable goods.  If you are dissatisfied with a product you received from our farm, please email the farm at farm@stillmanqualitymeats.com within 10 days of purchase of our product and we will respond during our weekday hours.  We will review your concerns with you.

Additional items ineligible for return:

  •    Gift cards
  •    Meat Bucks Memberships
  •    Turkey & Holiday Order Deposits

To be eligible for a return, your item must be 1) unused; 2) in the same condition that you received it; 3) in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping Your Return:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Status of your Refund: If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at farmer@stillmanqualitymeats.com.

Sale items:  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Our farm only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item you received for the same item, send us an email at farm@stillmanqualitymeats.com and send your item to:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
