There is no comparison really between the grocery sausages with Stillman's. The density of meat and the intensity of flavor make these (& others I have tried) the best sausages around. I can't wait to try the Forager!

Once we began buying Stillman's chicken breasts and thighs for grilling or cooking indoors, there was no turning back. Our 2024 23-pound heritage turkey from Stillman Quality Meats was truly excellent. Much better balance of light and dark meat than commercial breeds. As for the taste ... my chef son-in-law said it was the best turkey he'd ever had. Well, I always cook it the same way and he's had it at least half a dozen times, so if this was the best, it was because of the bird itself! Next year we will definitely go with an SQM bird,
This is my 3rd Thanksgiving turkey from Stillman’s and they don’t disappoint. It is absolutely the most delicious turkey. I know it’s very expensive but I promise it’s worth it. I also get the bouquet of fresh herbs which you can see in the photo.

This is our second year with a Stillman heritage turkey after years of enjoying their regular bird. It is worth the price differential with amazing moist breast meat and rich complex dark meat, reminiscent of poultry from Europe. We smoked it at a low temp for 5 hours after dry brining the night before. My entire philosophy of cooking is to get a great product like a Stillman bird or chop and do no harm! A wonderful company to deal with, this was a treat for our family and friends.
I bought the 5-rib standing roast and could not be more pleased! The roast was perfect — we had 10 hungry people for Easter dinner who loved it, had all they wanted and insisted on bringing home leftovers! I roasted using NY Times reverse sear method — and as you can see, worked great, tender and delicious! The cradling made it so much easier to slice, and to gnaw on the bones! Thank you!!
