Stillman Quality Meats is your one-stop-shop for all you Thanksgiving and holiday needs. For the holiday season our farm offers both traditional and heritage type pasture-raised turkeys, holiday geese and ducks, as well as a full selection of hand-cut grass fed meats and poultry selections. Our livestock is raised on our farm in Hardwick and processed in our state of the art on-farm abattoir. In addition to fresh meat and poultry cuts, our farm also offers a full selection of farm-to-table holiday sides, house smoked meats and a variety of house-made charcuterie. Fresh Pasture-Raised Turkeys
Our farm offers traditional and heritage type turkeys for the holiday season. Our birds are pasture-raised, fed all natural diets and custom processed on our farm in Hardwick, MA. Holiday turkeys are available to order as whole roasting birds or in parts: breasts, thighs, legs, drumsticks and wings. Our butcher is pleased to offer home chefs a number of helpful services including the option to have your turkey brined, spatch-cocked or smoked. In addition, we also offer ground turkey meat, house-made sausage and bones and offal for stock. Our farm offers a number of convenient pick-up options throughout Massachusetts during the holiday season including at our farm in Hardwick and many Boston area farmers’ markets (see our holiday pick-up schedule).

Special Note About Ordering Our Fresh Turkeys
Stillman Quality Meats is a small family farm. Our crew takes great pride in the care and time we deliver to our animals. With this in mind, we feel it is extremely important that our customers understand that our farm is subject to the unpredictability of farming, the weather and the uniqueness of our animals. For this reason, we reserve the right to fill your order to the best of our ability and ask you to indicate a second choice at order. We strive to provide you with the highest quality, most humanely raised and healthy fresh turkey. When you purchase from SQM, you are purchasing a custom raised fresh turkey that reflects the hard work, dedication and craft of our family farm.
Please note, our farm is only processing fees for turkey deposits. All other orders and items will be charged the full balance @ pick-up. Turkey orders are be secured by a non-refundable deposit. Orders cancelled within one week of Thanksgiving will be charged in full.
