PORK SPICY FENNEL- Farmer Kate's all time favorite sausage! This sausage is all about extra fennel and extra heat, plus a couple of other secret ingredients. This is our favorite sausage to cook with- and is great crumbled on pizza, added to meat sauces or used in lasagna.
Sausages are sold- linked; packaged 4 per package. Made in all natural pork casings

•Medium Package- up to 1 lbs
•Large Package- 1-1.3 lbs

*Our sausages are made in a facility that handles nuts.
We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs. We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:
MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH
Deadline: Thursday at midnight for shipping the following week.
The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones.
· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site
Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

-No minimum order
-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

I grew up in the northern midwest. The pizza we always ordered was italian sausage topped. I have now lived in the south for about 40 years. The pizza I still ordered was italian sausage topped. Unfortunately the sausage pizza was never as good as the pizza I grew up with. Then by chance recently I discovered the sausage that topped my favorite childhood pizza was fennel italian sausage. Eureka! I discovered the secret buried for 40 years that made my childhood pizza so delicious! My quest was now to find fennel italian sausage. Depressingly, it was nowhere to be found locally (I live in the mountains with nothing but small towns around me). I was not going to give up! Surely with the online products available these days I can find fennel sausage somewhere that would deliver it to my house. Through some internet searching I discovered Stillman meats. They carried fennel italian sausage and would deliver it to my door! I just won the lottery, whoo hoo! Give me five pounds of your fennel italian sausage please Miss Stillman (woman owned and run, who are the best cooks and food connoisseurs? women of course!) I am now living 40 years in the past! Awesome sausage! Get you some!
