SQM BONE-IN BOSTON BUTT- "Pork Butt"- a go-to cut for slow cooking and braising and the cut of choice for chef's making large batches of pulled pork! A large bone-in piece of meat cut from the front pork leg or shoulder and prized for it's marbling and tender, juicy meat. Farmer Kate describes this as the dark meat of the pig.
Hand cut our bone-in pork butts are oven or slow-cooker ready. Simply add your favorite rub or seasonings and get cooking. A favorite cut for the smoker
