I prefer my chops bone-in, I think they're just tastier than the boneless ones. These chops are the perfect thickness, with beautiful streaks of fat & flavorful lean meat. Whether I cook them on the stovetop or in the oven, they always turn out tender & juicy. They're incredibly tasty because the pigs are raised outside on pasture where they can root & do the things pigs need to do to be happy.
