FARM-HER KATE'S CASSOULET- Part of our Deep Winter Meal series- Our cassoulet is the ultimate Winter comfort dish! Made from scratch- from odds and ends butcher bits- this dish takes 2 full days of cooking. Made using SQM pork hocks, smoky bacon ends, slow braised pork, and 4 types of sausage- cooked low and slow with white beans in a flavorful tomato stock. It's the ultimate in decadence.

We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs. We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:
MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH
Deadline: Thursday at midnight for shipping the following week.
The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones.
· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site
Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

Indeed we did buy FarmHer Kate’s cassoulet over again for our Sunday night family supper: likely will do so again. It IS that good!
Farm-Her Kate's cassoulet is stuffed full of beans and meat and flavor. First discovered it a year ago, and longed for it this year, but winter weather intervened until at last it was in my freezer, and then in my oven. Cassoulet is not dainty; it is big, a winter barbecue, as it were, packed with umami from long-cooked meat and beans and sausage. I don't mind eating cassoulet several nights in a row.
I bought two pans of FarmHer Kate’s cassoulet for a special family event. So popular was it that my family told me to buy it again when available. Yum!! 😋
What is not to like - I love the texture and flavor of the beans, the sauce and the different cuts of meat. Scrumptious! And all I had to do was pick it up at the farmers market!
Delicious. The 1st prepared item I’ve bought here, and a winner. Also great that it is gluten and nut free; I shared it with friends who have those restrictions, and everyone loved it. No leftovers. I came online just now to buy another but they’re sold out. Next year!
