SQM Standing Rib Roast- Prime Rib Is a show-stopper of a roast and perfect for your special holiday celebrations! Our prime ribs roasts are hand cut and dry-aged available in 2-7 rib sections.

• Small~ 2 rib section (up to 6 lbs) | $175

• Medium~ 3 rib section( up to 8 lbs) | $250

• Large~ 4 rib section (up to 10 lbs) | $300

• XLarge~ 5 rib section (up to 12 lbs) | $375

• Jumbo~ 6 rib section (up to 15 lbs) | $450

• Full SR Roast~ 7 rib section (up to 18 lbs) | $525

**For special requests or cutting instructions, or to have your roast "cradled"- the bones cut off and tied back on, please contact the farm directly. Include all special instructions in the notes. Our team will do our best to accommodate requests.

We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states. Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs. We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:

MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH

Deadline: Thursday at midnight for shipping the following week.

The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones.

· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site

Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

-No minimum order
-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

Perfect Easter Dinner

I bought the 5-rib standing roast and could not be more pleased! The roast was perfect — we had 10 hungry people for Easter dinner who loved it, had all they wanted and insisted on bringing home leftovers! I roasted using NY Times reverse sear method — and as you can see, worked great, tender and delicious! The cradling made it so much easier to slice, and to gnaw on the bones! Thank you!!

Next Level!

This roast is honestly one of my favorite things about Christmas each year. Dry brine it with a generous amount of Diamond Kosher Salt in the fridge for a day or two, and it will just melt in your mouth!

A holiday treat!

By far the best prime rib I've ever had and I've been cooking prime rib for the holidays for 30+ years. I came upon Stillman's this Summer at farmer's markets and started by purchasing some sausage for the grill. So glad I did. I've been a fan ever since! I've ordered Prime Rib twice now from Stillman's and each has been spectacular. The second time I asked them to tie and trim the roast for me and it was perfect. It's amazing to find such high quality meats, so expertly butchered at a small local level. I'll be buying again for sure.
