A favorite on the SQM table for a reason.  Our smoked Applewood Heritage Hams will convert even the most steadfast ham-hater.  Hand-butchered, our hams start with a whole hind pork leg, brined in our signature spice blend for four weeks and then slow smoked over farm-harvested applewood chips.  The flavor is delicate, sweet and smokey.  The texture is chewy and meaty-- NOT like the processed salty ham product usually sold.  We promise our hams will become your favorite too!

Great served warm or cold.  Sold as half or whole hams, bone-in, skin-on.

Sizes are as follows:

Small- Half Ham: 4-6 lbs | $85

Medium- Half Ham: 6-8 lbs | $120

Large- Whole Ham: 12-14 lbs I $220

XLarge- Whole Ham:  14-16 lbs I $250

Specialty- Whole Ham: 20+ lbs I $340

*Note:  Hams are fully smoked and require re-heating/cooking to an internal temperature of 155 degrees.


We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states.   Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs.  We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:

MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH

Deadline: Thursday at midnight for shipping the following week.

The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones. 

· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site

Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

Shop our on-line store and pick-up your order from any retail SQM location including our farmers' markets!

-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

Great Xmas feast anchor

Best Ham Ever!

This is the best ham I have ever had! Unlike anything you can get at the stores- this is a bone-in ham roast, made from sustainably raised pigs, hand-cut and cured, then smoked over applewood chips by the farm. It's perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of smoke flavor and not overly salty. The best part was the texture, it's just like eating a pork roast. Not watery and very meaty. My family especially loved the skin. The ham came skin-on, so I scored the skin and glazed with a maple bourbon sauce. WOW! The skin crisped up in the oven and the scoring made carving easy. I saved the bone and scraps and made an incredible split pea soup. I will be ordering this ham again for our next holiday get-together.

WOW

WOW... One word says it all. I thought I hated ham, but after one of SQM's hams I am forever a fan! I purchased on a whim after a last minute shopping trip to the farmer's market in search of something non-turkey for Thanksgiving, Kate suggested one of her hams. I decided to give it a try because she insisted they were easy to cook and nothing like the commercial ham I grew up eating. WOW was she correct. So amazingly flavorful, perfect smokey flavor, not too salty and a great meaty texture. The best part was the skin (these are Skin-On hams)- it crisped up perfectly in the oven and made the most amazing chef treat!! We'll be buying another one for a special holiday meal soon. Kate recommended saving the bone for soup/beans. Tomorrow's project, can't wait.

This is nothing like the ham I grew up eating. I simply baked it at 350 for about 18 minutes per pound and glazed it with 30 minutes to go. (4 tbls of mustard/2 tbls of honey because it was already brined in brown sugar. Thanks for the tip, Becky!)
Melt in your mouth awesomeness, and we were fighting over the bits of bark and crunchy bits>
