These are always juicy & delicious with just the right amount of fat. The generous cut makes for mistake-proof cooking in the oven or on top of the stove. I'm a city girl so I can't grill on my balcony, but I'm sure these would be awesome cooked over charcoal. And if you forgot to take something out for dinner, a 2-pk of these chops will thaw in a bowl of hot tap water in no time. I wish I could afford a freezer full of these!
