Take the stress and hassle out of Thanksgiving dinner with one of our beautiful rolled and stuffed whole turkey breast roasts!
Hand cut, stuffed with house-made stuffing crafted from local farm ingredients and tied- each roast comes "oven ready". Simply remove the packaging and set it in your roasting pan!
Stuffing & Size Options: Roasts are available 3-6lbs. We offer two stuffing options:
- Traditional Apple Sage with Cranberries (Contains Dairy & Wheat)
- Spinach Mushroom Leek (Contains Wheat)
Our turkeys are:

Raised on pasture and forage crops and fed grain that is locally grown in Hardwick, MA.
- Not fed GMO's and NEVER receive antibiotics or anything synthetic.

Birds are allowed to freely roam our pastures and consume large amounts of Our Turkeys
Our turkeys are freshly processed at our farm in Hardwick, MA, and available year-round.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Roast for 15–20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
All "turkey by the piece" orders are secured by a $25 non-refundable deposit. Orders canceled within 10 days of Thanksgiving will be charged in full.

My first time with the boned, rolled and stuffed turkey breast. The small size (mine was about 3.25 lbs) served 4 generously with leftovers for two the next night. I brushed it with butter and stuck it in the oven for about 1 hr 45 minutes and it came out deliciously flavored by the stuffing, brown-skinned, and not dry. I miss having a turkey carcass, but this was easy, delicious, and allowed me to concentrate on the sides and on my visitors. I would do it again for sure.
The stuffed turkey breast was perfect for our very small gathering. I wrapped it in cheese cloth, slathered it in butter and roasted it. Turned out perfectly. Juicy, moist and very tasty. The stuffing was lovely. It also looks amazing all sliced up on a platter. People are always impressed! I will be ordering again next year!
Yes, it was relatively expensive, and prior to placing my order, wondered if it would be worth it. The answer is yes! My husband and I agreed that it was the best tasting turkey we ever had. Moreover, the stuffed breast is really simple and fast to prepare: 1.5 hours in the oven along with my own stuffing and sides, and voila.
This was our second year getting the rolled stuffed turkey breast. Amazing, Delicious, 5 Stars!
