One of our most popular flavors! Crafted from pork belly from our pasture-raised pigs and then slow smoked over apple wood chips. This bacon is cured for 10 days with local New England maple syrup and warm spices to deliver a delicious sweet spiced bacon. We offer several small-batch bacon flavors and hop you will try them all!
Cryovac packed packages~ Each package contains 10-16 THICK CUT bacon slices. Our bacon is all hand-cut and slice size and length varies due to natural variations in our pork.
