An SQM signature- our pot pies are made entirely from scratch:  featuring our own pasture-raised meats, local veggies, house-made gravy made from SQM bone-broth right down to our signature lard crusts that melt in your mouth!  Our pot pies are the perfect dinner solution whether you are craving a home cooked meal or busy and in need of a quick and tasty week night meal.

Single Serving:  5" double crust pie
Family:  9" single crust pie; serves 3-5

INGREDIENTS:  Dark and white meat chicken, onion, carrots, celery, poultry stock, water, butter, flour, lard, salt, pepper, white wine, SQM chicken base (chicken, tomatoes, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, onion, herbs) spices
Contains Wheat and Dairy.
Pot pies are made in a facility that handles wheat and nut products.

We ship our products direct from our Butchery in Hardwick MA throughout the 48 contiguous states.   Orders are packed in a cardboard box with insulation using dry ice and ice packs.  We offer 2 day ground shipping to the following states:

MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH

The following costs apply to all
order shipped within our standard 2 day ground shipping zones. 

· Order minimum is $85
· $19.95 flat shipping fee for orders less than $150
· FREE ground shipping for orders over $150
· Orders containing ONLY non-perishable items will ship for $15 nationwide.
· We offer a $5 credit for returned boxes by simply dropping off at any retail SQM site

Orders containing perishable items and shipping outside our 2-day ground range will be upgraded to express shipping due to the amount of time they would be in transit. These shipping totals are calculated per pound per mile by our shipping provider.

HOW IN PERSON PICK-UP WORKS:
Shop our on-line store and pick-up your order from any retail SQM location including our farmers' markets!

-No minimum order
-Plan Ahead: We generally require 2-7 days for order fulfillment. The ordering deadline will automatically be calculated at check-out based on your selections.
-Select Your Pick-Up Location: At check-out select from a list of options available to pick-up your order.
-Confirmation: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with pick-up details.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
*Our pot pies can be cooked from fully frozen or thawed. We recommend cooking from frozen. The following directions are for cooking from frozen. If your pie is thawed, follow the same instruction- simply reduce the cooking time.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake:
*Individual pies (35-45 minutes)
*Large pies (45-60 minutes)
Cook until the crust is golden and the pie is bubbling.

A lifesaver

The Stillman pot pies are a lifesaver. My wife travels a lot for business. When she's home, she does most of the cooking, and when she travels, I make sure to always have some of Stillman's pot pies in the freezer so I know I can have at least one or two good meals while she's away.

A lifesaver
