GARLIC & KALE LAMB SAUSAGE- One of our seasonal lamb sausage flavors- you can only grab these delicious sausages in the late winter and early spring. Made from local kale and freshly roasted garlic, studded with pine nuts and currants- these are great sautéed and eaten on their own or mixed with pasta or enjoyed on pizza.
